The Team Advantage is an in-depth process with lots of moving parts. You will get the most benefit from the program by learning facilitation tips from master coaches who have successfully worked with corporate teams. In addition to learning from experienced coaches, certification also offers the following benefits:

Continuing Coach Education Credits (CCEU’s) – the certification program is approved for 23.5 hours of credit for certified professional coaches and coaches seeking certification or renewals of certifications through ICF.
Website listing – coaches who complete the certification program and successfully conduct a program teamed with a Pyramid coach will be listed on this website with a brief bio and their location.
Third Thursdays – certified coaches will gather monthly to share experiences, stories, case studies, and other information that will help deepen their coaching skills and their proficiency in delivering the Team Advantage.
